Intro To Alchemy Solo 3 Pack 

New to Alchemy with no prior pilates experience or want to really solidify your pilates practice in a one on one session.                        
This pack will give you the best head start to catch up, learn the pilates method, about how your body moves, which postural  tendencies you have and perhaps modifications you could try. Good chance to discuss goals and make a plan for group or studio sessions moving forward.

Intro To Alchemy Solo Studio

New to Alchemy but already have pilates experience previously. 
Have you done pilates before,  and are injury free or good knowledge of how to manage your own aches and pains in a group class? Before joining regular sessions all clients must complete at least one solo session. Think of it as a chance for you to learn my pilates style and me to learn how you move so that when you jump in theres less of an adjustment.
